The Commission on Television and Radio has presented the most watched programs of 2019. According to the analysis, entertainment programs, TV shows and movies are the most watched broadcasts.
Sports and children’s programs, as well as documentaries are the least watched broadcasts.
Armenia, Shant and Public TV compete with each other for newscast audience’s attention. Zham of Armenia is the most watched newscast.
The newscasts of AR, 5th channel, Nor Hayastan have small viewership.
Public TV is the main producer of talk shows and political programs – 7 broadcasts out of top 10 belong to this company.
Public Discussion of Public TV and Half-open Windows of ATV compete with each other for viewership.
As for sports programs, Armenia and Shant have the biggest viewership.
Armenia TV company has the biggest viewership for locally-produced films. Armenia and Shant are the main broadcasters of locally-produced and foreign TV series.
The difference between the viewerships of various series is not that big – all of them have their audiences.
We have the same picture with entertainment and comedy programs.
Shant has the biggest viewership of music programs, whereas Armenia has the most diverse viewership. The Eurovision-related programs of Public TV also had big viewership.
The cooking shows of Armenia have the biggest viewership. However, the winner is Mommy’s Cooking is different on Shant.
Public TV creates the biggest content for children, although Lazy Huri of Shant has the biggest viewership.
