Hetq journalist Samson Martirosyan spoke about the first few days of the Tbilisi protests, on June 20 and 21, during a live broadcast.
He said that no one had predicted that the rallies would continue and that is why they were prepared neither technically nor psychologically.
“Journalists also suffered from rubber bullets and tear gas. But Georgian journalists worked well, adapting to the situation and feeling the responsibility,” he said.
Going to a neighboring country to over rapidly developing events is not a popular practice in Armenia.
“Perhaps a political decision is necessary,” said Samson.
