Team Reporting Tour"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>The Media Initiatives Center invites journalists and digital content creators who report on conflicts, environmental issues, economic challenges, social matters, and vulnerable groups to participate in the \u201cLake to Lake\u201d team reporting tour in the Lake Sevan basin.<\/p>\n<p>This cross-border cooperation initiative aims to highlight the economic, social, security, environmental, and conflict-related issues in Armenia, specifically focusing on the Lake Sevan basin and the communities residing in that area. Additionally, the initiative aims to strengthen ties and collaborations among journalists from different countries.<\/p>\n<p>The project will involve ten participants: seven from abroad and three from Armenia. Over the course of five days, the group will travel to various cities and villages in the Gegharkunik and Tavush regions. They will have the opportunity to meet with local residents, government officials, experts, entrepreneurs, and representatives from civil society. Additionally, the group will visit the scenic and historical sites around the Lake Sevan basin.<\/p>\n<p>The team reporting tour should focus on issues related to Sevan, its surrounding areas, and various topics of public interest, including social, environmental, and security matters.<\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the project, a single compilation will be created that includes one media product from each participant. Additionally, every participant is required to prepare a minimum of three media products specifically tailored to their country\u2019s audience. The organizers will finalize the platform and format for publishing the project and communicate this information to all participants.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Who can apply<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Lakes of all sizes in various countries serve as symbols, inspire myths, and provide resources for people. They sometimes suffer from human activities or even become an apple of discord.<\/p>\n<p>The project is named \u201cLake to Lake\u201d to unite journalists from different countries around shared issues, values, and concerns. With this goal in mind, we invite journalists from countries that have lakes to participate in the media campaign. The topics addressed will focus on matters of public importance for their respective countries or nations.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants to the program should have previously published materials on issues related to lakes in their own or other countries. Additionally, to apply to the program, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have at least 5 years of solid professional journalism experience or regular social media content flow.<\/li>\n<li>Be fluent in English.<\/li>\n<li>Be a citizen of a Council of Europe or Central Asian country.<\/li>\n<li>Be willing to accept the program\u2019s terms and visit Armenia during the set period.<\/li>\n<li>Provide a letter from a media outlet in their home country confirming consent to publish materials prepared during the campaign.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The scheduled visit to Armenia for the \u201cLake to Lake\u201d team reporting tour is&nbsp;<b>from September 24 to September 28, 2025<\/b>.
