The Commission on Television and Radio (CTR) has <\/span>summed up<\/span><\/a> the top ten ranking of audio-visual programs for the third quarter of 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n

The leader of news programs (main issue) is Armenia TV’s news program, “Zham,” the second is Public TV’s “Lurer,” the third is Shant’s “Horizon.” The picture was similar in the <\/span>second<\/span><\/a> quarter.<\/span><\/p>\n

The leader in talk shows with political and social orientations is Public TV: “Interview with Petros Ghazaryan”, “Interview with Astghik Sargsyan”, “Wait for me Armenia” are the most-watched programs.<\/span><\/p>\n

In terms of both the number of programs and the number of viewers, Public TV is also a leader in the category of documentaries. Nine of the ten most-watched films were broadcast on this TV channel, one on A-TV.<\/span><\/p>\n

The picture is different in the case of feature films, Armenia TV has provided the 10 most-watched films, some of which are made in Armenia: “Super Mama”, “Love Factor”, “Sun, Mountains and Love”, “If All” and others. No TV company has provided a competitive field in this nomination.<\/span><\/p>\n

And in the case of sports content, although Armenia TV is again the leader, Public TV was a serious competition. Armenia has broadcast the European Football Championship and the qualifying round matches of the World Cup with the participation of the Armenian national football team. Public Television, the Summer Olympics.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the case of TV series, the main competition is between the companies Armenia and Shant TV. The three most-watched TV series – “Flowers under the Snow 2”, “Oath”, “Heroic Novels” are broadcast on Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shant TV is the leader in comedic and entertaining programs with the “Women’s club” project. However, the other nine places in the nomination are occupied by Armenia’s own production.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the point of view of visibility, the rating of kitchen programs is diverse. Although Public’s program “Let’s cook together” is in the first place, it has serious competition with the programs “With the taste of the world” and “Mama’s cooking is different” on the channels Armenia and Shant TV.<\/span><\/p>\n

Children’s content is also diverse, Shant, Kentron, Armenia, Public TV companies compete in the first four positions.<\/span><\/p>\n
