This message was sent via messenger.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An Armenian website was manipulated by Azeri propaganda regarding negotiations<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Arsen Kharatyan, who worked as an advisor to the Prime Minister shortly after the revolution, made a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/arsen.kharatyan\/posts\/3595118037249723\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Facebook post<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on September 24, referring to the propaganda publication of the Azerbaijani website haqqin.az. It was alleged that Kharatyan had secret talks with the Azerbaijanis in 2018, in the format of territories in exchange for peace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kharatyan had denied this news, considering it &#8220;imaginary.&#8221; Based on all this, 7or.am <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.7or.am\/am\/news\/view\/197328\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">published<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> an article entitled &#8220;The &#8216;transcript&#8217; of the secret Pashinyan-Aliyev talks has been revealed.&#8221; The website posted their own invented shorthand commenting, &#8220;Judging by all this, it is possible to present the details of the conversations that took place between Nikol and Ilham&#8217;s in 2018 with almost 100% accuracy. The Armenian Defense Ministry described the news as &#8220;another information provocation of the Azerbaijani propaganda machine.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u274c On the same day, another news spread by the same structure <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/shushanstepanyan\/posts\/3277775645591906\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">was denied<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, according to which the Azerbaijani army had taken control of the Vardenis-Martakert highway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These days, misinformation is spreading among the citizens that there will be radiation, that technical devices must be turned off. Or a person is driving around, collecting food for the border, but will put narcotics in it.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What did Media.am reveal over the course of these days?<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the first day of the battles, media.am <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/media.am\/en\/verified\/2020\/09\/27\/24251\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">studied<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the media field and found out that the Armenian media use old photos when reporting official, verified information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hraparak.am <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/media.am\/en\/verified\/2020\/09\/28\/24274\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">published<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> old pictures, screenshots of unspecified origin, as if Russia was transporting a large number of weapons to Armenia. In recent weeks, official Baku has been spreading unconfirmed news with such content. And the Eurasianet <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eurasianet.org\/new-armenia-azerbaijan-fighting-a-long-time-in-the-making\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">noted<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that in this way Azerbaijan was trying to create diplomatic obstacles to supply arms to Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">President Armen Sargsyan&#8217;s idea <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/media.am\/en\/verified\/2020\/09\/30\/24371\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">was mistranslated<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and presented in the official Twitter microblog of the president.
