The news was accompanied by an old photo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In recent weeks, official Baku has been spreading unverified news about weapons being transported from Russia. Eurasianet <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eurasianet.org\/new-armenia-azerbaijan-fighting-a-long-time-in-the-making\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">notes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that in this way Azerbaijan was trying to create diplomatic obstacles to supply arms to Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hraparak&#8217;s evidence does not support the site&#8217;s allegations<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hraparak.am wrote that during the last day &#8220;Russia is moving air forces to Armenia&#8221; published a photo of a Russian military plane taken in 2015.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-24275 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/media.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hraparak-old-photo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1712\" height=\"940\" srcset=\"https:\/\/media.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hraparak-old-photo.jpg 1712w, https:\/\/media.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hraparak-old-photo-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/media.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hraparak-old-photo-1024x562.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/media.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hraparak-old-photo-768x422.jpg 768w, https:\/\/media.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Hraparak-old-photo-1536x843.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1712px) 100vw, 1712px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In addition to the old photo, the site provided other evidence: Two screenshots from flightradar24.com, which monitors aircraft movements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first screenshot showed the flight from Rostov-on-Don to Armenia, the second &#8211; from Rostov-on-Don to Moscow. The flight screenshots of these flights do not indicate the date of the flight, only the time.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The first screenshot (Rostov-on-Don, Armenia) shows a Russian Antonov An-124 (RA-82035) military plane, the last flight of which took place on September 26. Flightradar24.com does not provide information about the endpoint of the flight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The second screenshot (Moscow-Rostov-on-Don) shows the Russian Ilyushin Il-76MD (RA78850) aircraft. In this case, too, information about the endpoint is available on flightradar24.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Flightradar24.com shows the route of the planes on the map. Vzglyad.az wrote that Russia is sending aid to Armenia. The publication of the Azerbaijani website <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/focus.ua\/world\/463952-rossiiskie_transportnye_samolety_napravliaiutsia_v_armeniiu__smi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">was also spread<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> in the Ukrainian press.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In recent weeks, official Baku has been actively circulating the thesis that Russia is sending aid to Armenia. Ilham Aliyev even complained to Vladimir Putin personally. Moreover, pro-government websites <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/haqqin.az\/news\/184175\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">accused<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Georgia of allowing weapons to be sent to Armenia through its territory. Georgia has <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mtavari.tv\/news\/10902-mtavrobas-braldebis-uarqopis-mtkitsebis-tvirti\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">denied<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the allegations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eurasianet <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/eurasianet.org\/new-armenia-azerbaijan-fighting-a-long-time-in-the-making\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">notes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that in this way Azerbaijan may have been trying to create diplomatic barriers against supplying arms to Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hraparak.am mentions its source of information as not being Azerbaijani, but Russian websites, in particular the platform Avia Pro. The information spread by this platform in August was <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/media.am\/en\/verified\/2020\/08\/31\/23761\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">denied<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The screenshots and information disseminated by Hraparak.am on September 28 were reprinted by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bavnews.am\/%D5%BC%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%BD%D5%A1%D5%BD%D5%BF%D5%A1%D5%B6%D5%A8-%D5%A1%D5%BE%D5%AB%D5%A1%D6%81%D5%AB%D5%B8%D5%B6-%D5%B4%D5%A5%D5%AE-%D5%B8%D6%82%D5%AA%D5%A5%D6%80-%D5%A7-%D5%BF%D5%A5%D5%B2%D5%A1%D6%83\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bavnews.am<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hayeli.am\/?p=607416&amp;l=am\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hayeli.am<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, as well as <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/armbestnews247.site\/archives\/7165?fbclid=IwAR1JmuxEOR5w8zmwNYL27I2kXEatSLwKMO5LZXttIIYbXtWGicicq31LpPw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mushroom websites<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
