Ara Shirinyan, <\/span>Chairman of the Board of the Public Television and Radio Company<\/span><\/a>, is convinced that a lot has changed in Public TV, but those changes remain unnoticed.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, the reason is the negative inertia, which is difficult to break.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Every step has been taken, that is, the locomotive of change has moved it from its place. But it is not a one-sided process. Don’t let the viewer think that they will see changes on the TV screen by sitting on the couch at home\u2026 It is a reciprocal process. We are trying to break many stereotypes, but society itself must reconsider the stereotypes.”<\/span><\/p>\n

He is convinced that there are stereotypes that change in one or two programs, but there are also stereotypes that require a longer stage of understanding. And it’s hard to “overcome the reluctance that resides inside a person.”<\/span><\/p>\n
