Note, Pashinyan is the chief editor of the paper and is currently imprisoned in Artik penitentiary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">According to the paper, the envelopes that contained Pashinyan\u2019s letters, which he had handed over to the prison staff in the presence of Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammarberg, were opened then resealed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cAs for who opened them, and in such an incompetent way, is not hard to guess.
